Sad to say, I like long hair for little girls. It's a stereotype, yes; but I love it. So does Doug.
Even sadder to say: my boys love scissors. And they also love bugging their little sister. I think they were going for a mullet, but it didn't really turn out that way.
Needless to say, we went to the salon immediately. This is beyond my rudimentary hair-cutting skills. They had to go with a pixie, since there wasn't much hair to work with in some places.
The first thing Jack said: "Sophia, you look like a BOY!"
She replied angrily, "NO BOY!" That's my girl.
No boys. Especially no boys with scissors.
Oh Sophie!!! Those boys!! It will grow back, though, probably faster than we expect. Too bad the boys already have rather short haircuts, maybe they should be forced to grow their hair out too?
